Troy Edwards - Managing director and principal
As the principal at Secure FS Ltd it is my responsibility to oversee the everyday management and ensure all clients are receiving the best possible outcomes. My responsibilities lie in the regulatory areas ensuring we adhere to all financial regulation, running the business the right way and ensuring all clients leave satisfied.
As well as this, I am responsible for providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
I have been in the mortgage industry since 2013 when I started as a customer service assistant in high street building society branches. From there I moved into a senior customer service role and then onto a training and development role within the same business. In 2017 I moved to one of the UK's leading specialist lenders as a trainer. There I was responsible for providing training on all elements of back office processes in the mortgage cycle, mainly underwriting. In 2020 the world changed as we knew it when Covid struck. Lots of people re-evaluated their lifestyles and I was one. I had been wanting to start Secure FS for several years and never found the right time. Here it was! I founded the business with one sole aim... to provide solid, genuine and customer focused advice which would lead to clients understanding their mortgage recommendations.
Outside of work, life is quite simple. Any spare time is spent with my family. That consists of me, my wife and 3 young daughters. I may occasionally find time to grace the golf course with my presence, but not quite as much as I'd like. Football is a huge passion of mine, although more of a spectating role these days.

Aaron boyle - Mortgage and Protection specialist
Aaron is a dedicated finance professional with over 11 years of experience in the mortgage sector. Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise in various areas, including business development, underwriting, advising, quality assurance, complaints analysis, insurance, and project management. Aaron holds qualifications in mortgages and protection, including equity release, and is a certified financial risk manager.
Aaron will also be taking on the role of our specialist general insurance adviser so will be responsible for all your buildings and contents requirements.
In his professional role, Aaron's priority is to help clients meet their financial needs, providing valuable support to ensure a smooth buying process and effective protection. His comprehensive understanding of the industry and commitment to client service have made him a trusted advisor in the field.
Outside of his professional life, Aaron is a proud father to an 8-year-old son. He values staying active and enjoys walking and keeping fit. In the past, he has practiced Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Gaelic football.
Aaron also has a passion for writing philosophy and has self-published a book on the subject. His diverse interests and skills reflect a well-rounded individual who brings depth and insight to his professional endeavours.
